Stephen King’s IT (2017) Review

OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. The new IT movie is E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. Best movie ever. Seriously. I fucking loved it. I LIVE for this movie now. If you haven’t seen it yet, find a way to do so. It is seriously perfection. It even scared the shit out of me. I screamed. No bullshit, I did. It was that amazing. Ah, I can’t get enough of this movie, it is just AHHHHHH!!!! Too fucking good.😍

I am not giving you any details about the movie, but I will say that it is VERY different from the original miniseries. I have not gotten around to reading the Stephen King book, so I’m not sure if the movie is more like the book…I have heard that it is though, so there’s that.🎈

Bill Skarsgard deserves an Oscar, he did an absolutely perfect job playing Pennywise.  I LOVE Tim Curry and his portrayal, though, Tim did an amazing job. So good I didn’t think anyone could top him. But Bill crushed it. It’s kinda hard to compare the two because they are so different. The original miniseries was creepy while the new one was scary. That’s the best way I can compare them. They have a few scenes that are similar, but not many. I love them both, but the movie is my favorite.🤡

So yeah, this was just a little blog to express my love for the new movie. Every second of the movie was absolutely perfect. The kids did an AH-MAZING job. All the actors did a fabulous job, they all worked, everything was just incredible. I cannot wait for the sequel!!!! Gonna be EXTREMELY hard to top this one, but we’ll see what they can do. But for real, Bill did such a stellar job, best performance I have seen in a movie since Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. Ah, he knocked it out of the park.❤️

Okay, so that’s my blog on my love for the new IT movie. Literally it is now in my Top 5 favorite movies of all time. Again, if have not seen it, GO SEE IT. It is SOOOO beyond worth it. You will not be disappointed. Okay, gonna end it here, until next time, love to all who took the time to read this. It means so much to me.😘

Sydney xoxo
